Testimonials
See what clients & professionals are saying about our office.

Divorce is not an event.  Divorce is a process, a journey in which we make the transition from being part of a couple to being single.  It is a journey during the course of which one unit of two divides into two units of one.  The goal of divorce is to begin as two, end as one, and still feel whole.  Divorce is a journey which leads us through a maze of transitions including a legal divorce...physical divorce...emotional divorce...financial divorce...and spiritual divorce.

In order to successfully navigate this treacherous and painful path we must have advisers along the way who have expertise in specific areas of the divorce process who will guide us along the path so that at the end of our journey we remain whole.

The purpose of Mediation
is to assist disputing parties in making their own decisions and evaluating their own situations.  A mediator "facilitates communications, promotes understanding, focuses the parties on their interests, and seeks creative problem-solving to enable the parties to reach their own agreement." Mediators push disputing parties to question their assumptions, reconsider their positions, and listen to each other's perspectives, stories, and arguments.  They urge the parties to consider relevant law, weigh their own values, principles, and priorities, and develop an optimal outcome.
Estate Planning with www.ronslaw.com
What is Proper Estate Planning?

Proper estate planning allows you to plan for yourself and your loved ones without giving up control of your affairs.  Your estate plan should allow you to plan for the possib
ility of your own disability. It should give you the ability to give what you own to whom you want to receive it, the way you want them to receive it, and when you want them to receive it. Your estate plan should save every tax dollar, professional fee and court cost that is legally possible to save.
